A 15,000 acre Ranch located approximately 3 hours north of Los Angeles just outside of San Luis Obispo with easy freeway access. Property is home to a narrow gauge railroad with multiple historic engines, passenger cars, flat cars, box cars, etc. and a 2 mile train track.
