A family owned truck stop that services semi-trucks who are about to or have recently crossed the border. Massive space with potential for sweeping angles and vantage points. Seemingly-endless semi-truck trailer storage lots close by. Could be made to look like border crossing. Huge interior storage rooms full of decades old items the family has collected.
