The ranch is located at the west end of Simi Valley, CA and owned and operated by Waste Management. Nestled in the rolling hills, the 76 Ranch was home to the oil industry dating back to the 1800’s. Rolling hills, seasonal landscapes, and multiple staging areas offer this prime location for filming opportunities. The ranch is “in the zone” and freeway frontage to Highway 118. For more than 30 years, the “76 Ranch” name continues to be recognized within the industry as a landmark for filming opportunities. The 3,000-acre working ranch is available for movies, commercials, and T.V. shows 365 days a year.
