9th and San Creative Space

The location features 2 available spaces that range from 4,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. Parking is available on site for staff/crew, accommodating up to 150 cars. Both spaces are unique in their own right, both completely blank canvases that can be turned into just about anything for the purpose of shooting. The 6,000 sqft space boast beautiful white walls, complementary grey tile flooring on the 2nd story and on the first, concrete flooring, white walls, handicap accessible elevator. The 4,000 sqft space is also a shell. More geared towards being a warehouse, with exposed brick in some areas, high ceilings, concrete floors and a loft space. Also, at the entry of the space, there are 2 office spaces that are available for storage and other creative uses.
