The Ted Chamberlin Ranch is a unique 8000 acre working cattle ranch from the original Corral de Quati Mexican Land Grant in Santa Barbara County. Family owned since 1929, the property consists of breath-taking vistas, oak-studded rolling hills and flat hay fields contoured by pipe and barbed wired fencing, miles of dirt roads, reservoirs, and creeks that flow in the winter. Weathered barns and out-buildings, corrals, tractors, antique trucks and implements create endless filming/photo opportunities. Livestock and authentic props are available.
